What are your customers saying about your business? If you don't know, you had better ask someone. That someone would be your customers. Don't ask them directly. Asking directly won't get you a true response. Even customers are human, they don't want to hurt your feelings. Send them a customer survey instead. Customers always give it to you straight in a survey. Don't forget to ask them to rate your level of customer service.
