What do you do when your customer's can't make up their mind. Do you offer help? Do you just let them figure it out on their own? Believe it or not, it is your job to help your customer's make sound decisions when it comes to purchasing your product or service. Because if you don't activley help them they will ultimately be unhappy with the final choice. So work with them and let them know your there for them.
