Customer Service

Some business owners struggle to stay in business. Some business owners have a steady stream of customers. Why is that? I'll tell you why. "Customer Service", that is the only reason you will thrive in business. How you treat your customer's will determine if you have a lot of business or a little. Today's customer's are savvy, they want superior service at great prices. Don't waste their time with bad customer service habits or they will find your competitor and buy from them.
