10 Things Customers Hate

1. Bad customer service.
2. Rude employees.
3. Being placed on hold.
4. Not being listened to.
5. Being lied to.
6. Not being able to talk to you (the owner of the business) when they want to.
7. Employees that are not knowledgeable about your product or service.
8. When you nickle and dime them.
9. SPAM
10. Unsolicited phone calls (Cold Calling)
